Job Description:
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with We are Better Together, LLC, you will play an essential role in supporting children in local school districts.
Working closely with the Occupational Therapist (OTR), you will Implement occupational therapy services based on individualized plans developed by the OTR.
Deliver interventions targeting fine and gross motor skills, self-care routines, and sensory integration. Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and school staff to incorporate strategies into daily routines and environments to help children succeed.
Position Details:
Flexible opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules.
This position has up to 40 hours a week Work within a supportive team environment focused on providing high-quality care.
Qualifications:
Active licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Idaho.
Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
