H503, which relates to occupational and physical therapist placement on the career ladder, will be heard in house education on Monday 2/26. The bill will allow the state department of education to place OTs and PTs who choose to apply for certification on the career ladder in accordance with their years of service in a school, as opposed to the very first rung despite number of years of service.
Chairwoman VanOrden scheduled the bill on that day to allow for remote testimony. If anyone here or anyone this group represents is so inclined, please be aware and feel free to follow the instructions on the attached flier to participate in remote testimony.
