Information for Survey Participants

My name is Caitlin Clarizia and I am working on my Occupational Therapy doctoral capstone under the supervision of Dr. Tara Mansour at MGH Institute of Health Professions titled “Assessing Occupational Therapy Practitioners’ Perceptions and Use of Video Modeling”
(IRB-approved: 2024P002552).

The purpose of this study is to assess occupational therapy practitioners’ perceptions and use of video modeling as a tool in clinical practice to help us understand how occupational therapy practitioners utilize video modeling, the challenges they face, and
how this tool can be better supported within clinical settings.

To participate, you must be a licensed occupational therapist (OT) or certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) currently practicing in the United States and able to complete the survey in English.
