Hello! Researchers at the University of California, Santa Cruz, are conducting research to understand the experiences of occupational therapists (OTs) in providing tailored strategies for clients and helping them to adapt to new changes. We are also interested in tools and technology used in your program of activities. Here, tools can be everything digital and non-digital used in before, during, and after therapies. Those tools include papers, cushions, and interactive games. This study includes (1) a 3-5 min screening survey and (2) a compensated 60 min in-depth interview if you consent to be contacted by us. You can choose to provide or not provide this information; however, responses will only be considered valid if verified. Please note that we will only use your preferred email address for future contact. We will keep all survey responses anonymous and confidential.
Eligibility for potential participants: (1) Who are 18 years old and above (2) Who are located in the US (3) Who are working as occupational therapists (OTs).
If you have selected to participate in the in-depth interview, a researcher from our research team will contact you with available times for the interviews and Zoom link via your preferred email. After the interview, you will be compensated with a $35 gift card (or equivalent). Please fill out our survey if you are interested. Your responses will be confidential and will only be used to determine if you are eligible for participation in the in-depth interview.
