Study Name: Integration and Application of the Occupational Profile in School-based OT Evaluations
Overview: This study explores how school-based occupational therapists integrate and apply an occupational profile when completing evaluations.
Occupational Therapists with current active licensure who have at least 6 months of experience in a school-based setting and who worked in a school in the USA during the 2024-25 school year are invited to participate in this survey which will take 10-15 minutes to complete.

This study is being completed as a part of a capstone project for the fulfillment of graduation requirements of Shenandoah University’s post professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate program.
Please complete our online anonymous survey that asks you a series of questions about integration and application of an occupational profile when completing school-based OT evaluations. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete.
